Duties & responsibilities-----
Analysing data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends regarding the product and category.
Creating and developing a strategic long term plan for the development of the category.
Developing an exit strategy for unsuccessful products.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company\'s customer base and ensure it\'s strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
