Post- IELTS trainer
Eligibility: Graduate With Good Communication & Skills
Main duties and responsibilities:
Duties must be done in line with EO&D and green policies and any other relevant corporate policy. Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Managing exams processes: To manage IELTS processes through delegation to line managees. This will include organisation of candidate registration, exam sessions and venues, receipt, despatch and security of exams materials in compliance with required BC/IELTS standards, management of IWAS and IAM systems, developing and managing online payment solution. To organise and publish digital IELTS session calendars for all British Council venues.
2. Exams team management: To participate and contribute to the development and management of the exams team, to participate in and attend regular management team meetings.
3. Stakeholder management: To engage with and manage relationships with key IELTS stakeholders – both internal and external.
4. Financial control: To manage the IELTS budget in SAP, working with Exams Services Manager to prepare annual plan, and to ensure adherence to all key budget targets and forecasts with quarterly reviews and reports. To ensure managees accurately record all IELTS payments and that income reconciliation are completed accurately and on time and meet audit standards.
